This was a UX job for IceMint (a CRM platform). Client needed to add a new functionality to automate emails system when a deal changed it status. It was a real challenge because this automation system was pretty hard to explain for those customers that are not familiar with a CRM software. I thought a simple and visual step by step process where customers could check the progress of their chain of emails.

Compose Email Template. A simple email composer with tips about best subjects, body keywords and tittles.
Deal Screen. The most important info about a deal in a single view. Every other screen it is just a click distance

New Signup Screen. Customers used to abandon at 5 field of the form. I designed a new and cleaner form that informed leads about the progress. New signup form achieved to retain 87% of incoming leads.
